2025 CPYL Fall Softball Tournament

This registration is for all HEAD COACHES to register their team for the CPYL Softball Tournament. Please note that ONLY the head coach needs to register in Sports Connect, you do NOT need to add all the players to the roster in Sports Connect as we have done in prior seasons. You can submit your roster using the link below:

The dates of the tourney will differ by age group and they are below:

September 27-28: 8U and 12U

October 4-5: 6U, 10U, 14U

Pool games are 55 minutes drop dead. All games are pay at the plate for umpire fees. Head coaches will present the umpires with the fee in cash at the plate prior to each game.

Umpire pay at the plate fees

6U/8U - $25 per team for pool game, $30 per team for bracket games

10U/12U/14U - $55 per team for pool game, $60 per team for bracket games

Feel free to register directly from the "Register Now!" buttons if you have a child in the division you are registering to coach. Otherwise, please use the steps above to register directly from the Volunteer page of your CPYL account. The examples will be for a baseball tournament but the steps remain the same. Be sure to look for the "CPYL Softball Tournament" when you reach that step. Again, ONLY the head coach needs to register in Sports Connect, you do NOT need to add all the players to the roster in Sports Connect as we have done in prior seasons. Thank you for all you do!
