Instructions
to register for CPYL Tournaments. We recommend the Team Manager or Assistant
Coach registers the team
Step
1:
Log-in to CPYL.org
Step
2:
Create a team "Participant.”

Once
logged in, use the left navigation to go to “My Account”. There you will see a
list of participants.

If
your team was previously created, it should appear on the list
and you can select it and skip to step 9
·
To
add a new participant, click on the three dots "..." to the far right
of "Participants" and then select the "Add Participant"
button.
Step
3:
In the "Legal First Name" field enter your "Team Name".
Step
4:
In the "Legal Last Name" field enter the last name of the head coach/
team manager.
Step
5:
Gender. It is recommended to select “Male” for baseball and
"Female" for softball.
Step
6:
"Birth Date" please choose the date below that corresponds with your
appropriate age division and sport.

7:
Fill in the address information to match the primary account information.
Step
8:
Click "Continue" to be taken back to your main account page and list
of participants where you should see the Team Participant you just created
listed.
Step
9:
Select the Team Participant from the list and then select the tournament to
register for. If the tournament or age division you want does not appear,
confirm the date entered for "Birth Date" matches the appropriate
date listed in Step 6.
Step
10: Complete
and pay for the registration.
Note:
Coaches do not need to re-create a team for each tournament. The
"Team" will age up from season to season.
