Team Registration Instructions

If you're the head coach, please click here to see step by step instructions for registering your team from scratch!

If you have a player on your CPYL account that is also playing in the tournament, you can click the appropriate link below and register your player first before creating the team (you'll pay as a team still in the team creation phase). Please use these alternative steps for that process.

Registration Listing

2023 Fall CPYL Softball Tournament

This registration is for all HEAD COACHES to register their team for the CPYL Fall 2023 Softball Tournament being held October 13-15. Due to field availability, pool games will be played on either 10/12 or 10/13. Bracket games will begin on 10/14 and the tournament will be completed by 10/15.

Pool games are 55 minutes drop dead. Brackets are unseeded (randomly assigned) and will begin at 8AM on Saturday 10/14.

Feel free to register directly from the "Register Now!" buttons if you have a child in the division you are registering to coach. Otherwise, please use the steps above to register directly from the Volunteer page of your CPYL account. The examples will be for a baseball tournament but the steps remain the same. Be sure to look for the "2023 Fall CPYL Softball Tournament" when you reach that step. Thank you for all you do!
