Team Registration Instructions

If you're the head coach, please click here to see step by step instructions for registering your team from scratch!

If you have a player on your CPYL account that is also playing in the tournament, you can click the appropriate link below and register your player first before creating the team (you'll pay as a team still in the team creation phase). Please use these alternative steps for that process.

Registration Listing

2024 CPYL Cinco De Mayo Softball Tournament

This registration is for all HEAD COACHES to register their team for the CPYL Cinco De Mayo Softball Tournament being held May. The dates will differ by age group:

May 4-5: 8U and 12U

May 11-12: 6U, 10U, 14U

Pool games are 55 minutes drop dead. All games are pay at the plate for umpire fees. Head coaches will present the umpires with the fee in cash at the plate prior to each game.

Umpire pay at the plate fees

6U/8U - $20 per team for pool game, $25 per team for bracket games

10U/12U/14U - $45 per team for pool game, $50 per team for bracket games

Feel free to register directly from the "Register Now!" buttons if you have a child in the division you are registering to coach. Otherwise, please use the steps above to register directly from the Volunteer page of your CPYL account. The examples will be for a baseball tournament but the steps remain the same. Be sure to look for the "2024 CPYL Cinco De Mayo Softball Tournament" when you reach that step. Thank you for all you do!
