CPYL implemented a new method of scheduling volunteers for concessions in the Spring 2011 season.  Essentially, 1 volunteer will need to be provided by each HOME team on their game night/day.  For most teams in the Spring season, this will result in 6 volunteers per team throughout the season.  In previous seasons, several teams have had to provide 9 to 12 people per season in groups of 3-4.  The details of this are given below.

On the posted schedules, there is information about when your time slot will actually be (denoted with an "A" for After your game or a "B" for Before your game). This will be explained on the main page for each age division, along with an explanation on each team’s specific schedule page.

In general, volunteers should arrive 2 hours Before their scheduled game time or stay 2 hours After the end of their scheduled game.

For weekdays, we need Before (B) volunteers to arrive by 5:30 pm to prepare for the early games.  Similarly, we need the After (A) volunteers to plan on staying until 9:30 pm.

For weekends, the first volunteers need to arrive by 8:30 am.

A sign up sheet will be located at the main concession stand.  The BMOD will determine who works the main concession stand and who will work at the remote concession stand located between the upper division fields.
