Team Selections

Team drafts will be held Saturday, 2/19 after skills assessments and Sunday, 2/20.  Please see below for locations and schedules for all divisions.

Only the manager for each team should attend the team selections.

Teams will be selected at the drafts and uniforms (shirts and hats/visors) will be available.  Order forms to have lettering added or to buy socks/belts through SportStyle can be found under the Library/League Document tab or be clicking here.

In addition, each baseball and softball team will receive one dozen balls with their uniforms.  These are to be used for the games as umpires will not provide game balls.

Finally, some equipment will also be available (while available) for teams that need it:

  • Catcher gear will require a $125 deposit.
  • Tees will require a $25 deposit.
  • Deposit checks to be returned at the end of the season when the equipment is returned.

Softball:

  • Location - Board room above the OLD concession stand in the center of the CPYL complex.
  • Schedules:
    • Sunday, 2/20 from 3:30-4:30 - 5/6U Shetland
    • Sunday, 2/20 from 2:30-3:30 - 7/8U Pinto
    • Sunday, 2/20 from 1:30-2:30 - 9/10U Mustang
    • Sunday, 2/20 from 12:30-1:30 - 11/12U Bronco
    • Sunday, 2/20 from 12:00-12:30 - 13/14U Pony

Baseball:

  • Location - Board room next to the NEW concession stand between the upper division fields.
  • Schedules:
    • Saturday, 2/19 from 4:15-5:00 - 13/14U
    • Saturday, 2/19 from 5:10-6:00 - 11/12U NL (AL should be present as well)
    • Sunday, 2/20 from 1:00-2:30 - 5/6U NL & AL (NL will draft first, but AL should be present for entire draft)
    • Sunday, 2/20 from 2:30-4:00 - 7/8U NL & AL (NL will draft first, but AL should be present for entire draft)
    • Sunday, 2/20 from 4:00-5:30 - 9/10U NL & AL (NL will draft first, but AL should be present for entire draft)
    • Sunday, 2/20 from 5:30-6:30 - 11/12U AL
