CPYL Nation,

Now that the Spring 2009 season is coming to a close, we need to hear your feedback on how well your coaches did this season.      So, to facilitate this need, we have opened up a Coaches Evaluation Survey for 2009.   

Please take some time to fill out the survey as it provides valuable feedback to the Baseball/Softball Committees when it comes time to select managers for future seasons.  

Please note that whether the feedback is positive or it addresses some concerns, we are encouraging all parents to complete the survey.  In addition, the Manager Evaluation is not limited to the manager or your team, so if you have seen a manager that you thought was very good or displayed behavior that should not be seen at CPYL, we encourage you to evaluate them as well. 

The survey is located on the front page of the cpyl website at http://www.cpyl.org/surveys-.html   However, to access the survey users must log into their user accounts as it will not be seen otherwise.  The survey will be open until June 29th.
