Policies
No Tolerance Policy:

CPYL adheres to a strict No Tolerance policy. Managers will discuss the policy and then provide a copy of the policy to parents. Parents will be required to read and sign the policy before their child is allowed to play in the league.

Refund Policy:

A $25 processing fee will be applied to any refund requests prior to 8:00 PM on Mar. 24th, 2010.  After that date teams will forfeit their entire registration fee.  Teams must contact the tournament director Brian Naab by email or via phone at 512-431-8720 to request a refund. If a bracket does not make teams in that bracket will receive a full refund.

The following refund policy is in effect if we are unable to play due to poor field conditions:

  • Full refund if no games are completed.
  • 66% refund if one game is completed.
  • 33% refund if two games are completed.
  • No refund if three games are completed.

I understand the refund policy and  will abide by the CPYL No Tolerance Policy.  I also confirm that the players on my team are registered with a local recreation league and that they are covered by their league insurance policy.

What is My Card ID?

The Customer Card ID Number (CID or CVV2) is a three or four digit number that is unique to each card. This additional security feature is designed to protect you by helping to ensure the card is present during the purchase. It is printed only on the card, never on any receipts or statements.

Visa and MasterCard Holders:

CVV2: A new Three-Digit Value
An important new security feature for card-not present transactions now appears on the back of most Visa cards. This new feature is a three-digit value which provides a cryptographic check of the information embossed on the card.

CVV2’s Location
The CVV2 three-digit value is printed on the signature panel on the back of Visa cards immediately following the Visa card account number.
CVV2 Example
The CVV2 value helps validate two things:
  • The Customer has a Visa card in his/her possession.
  • The Card account is legitimate.
CVV2 is printed only on the back of Visa cards--it is not contained in the magnetic stripe information, nor does it appear on sales receipts.
