Hello [NAME],

I am sure many of you are concerned with recent news of the H1N1 virus (Swine Flu) outbreak.  I am sure many of you have also heard that UIL canceled regional HS events until May 11^th.  

We, the board of directors, have been monitoring this situation, and will be discussing any plan of actions during our board meeting this Sunday night. 

We will post the plan of action for our league on Monday morning, in the mean time, all planned activities at CPYL will commence as scheduled.
