Hello [NAME],

With the recent expansion of our fields and our plans to try to make our park one of the top baseball and softball complexes around, we continue to need your support to make this happen. The recent newsletter from our President listed some of the improvements that have been made and those that are planned. In order to continue to improve the complex, we are asking for your help again.

This Friday 4/3/09 from 6-10:00PM we will be having a "workday" to try to accomplish some of the top remaining projects for this spring and need your help. We need one volunteer from each team for ages 7-14. We will certainly take help from as many of you as can participate no matter the age of your player. We will have the tasks assigned to team(s) so that each one will know what they need to accomplish. Managers should be on the lookout over the next couple of days for specifics.
