I was appointed to the board in 2010 and am currently the Director of Park Safety, Health and Security.   I conduct background checks on all Managers, Assistants, Team Parents and Private Instructors to help ensure your children are safe while at CPYL activities.  I proudly supported the field/park improvements of 2011/2012 and believe that it was money well spent. 

I have been married to my wife, Melonie, for 17 years. We have two children, Kyndal (12) and Ashlynn (10). I have managed Kyndal's baseball teams since he was 4 years old and am addicted to baseball. I have been been with the Austin Police Department for 14 years and am currently a patrol Sergeant in North Central Austin. I look forward to a great year for CPYL in 2012.
